Sam's Dapper Dog has a 14-day return policy, allowing you ample time to initiate a return if
needed. Within the 14 days of receiving your package you must request your return and
postmark it. 

For eligibility your item must be in an identical condition to when you received it, unused, and in
its original form. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase will be required to proceed
with the return process. Items that fail to meet these stipulations will not be re-shipped, and no
refund will be issued. 

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email at samsdapperdog@gmail.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions regarding the
shipment of your package, including the specified destination. Please be advised that all return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the consumer. It is important to note that any items sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will promptly inform you of the approval status
for the refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your
initial payment method, and we will notify you accordingly. Please remember that there may be a
processing period for the refund by your bank or credit card company before it is reflected in
your account. 

Sam's Dapper Dog will not assume responsibility for items that become lost in transit during
their return journey to us. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number for your package
when submitting it for shipment. 

Damages and Issues
We ask that you examine your order upon delivery and get in touch with us promptly should you
encounter any defects, damages, or incorrect items. This will allow us to assess the matter and
take the appropriate corrective action. Photo evidence of the visual damage is required within 24
hours of receiving your order.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

The most efficient approach to guarantee your desired item is to initiate a return for the current
item. After the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs will differ based on the destination of your shipment.

  • Shipments with the U.S or Canada are sent using the United States Postal Service.
  • All orders are processed for shipment within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and

    Lost or Misplaced Parcels

Sam’s Dapper Dog cannot be held accountable for lost or misplaced packages. Once the
package has been logged in with the carrier, it is no longer in our control. If your package
is labeled as ‘delivered’ but hasn’t reached you, kindly verify the accuracy of the address
